1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Dikto subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may:
- Email us at contact@dikto.ai with your account email and reason for the refund
- Contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly through the receipt email you received at purchase
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the purchase date or the most recent renewal date
- After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all Dikto transactions
- Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid features of the Service will be terminated
4. Free Trial
The 30-day free trial does not require payment information. Since no charge is made during the trial, no refund is applicable. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your access to AI-powered features will simply end.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing period. Access to paid features is terminated immediately upon refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle subscription management page without requesting a refund.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance purchases. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory requirement. Your consumer rights under applicable French and EU law are not affected by this policy.
